Ok so while my mind is racing my body is exhausted. I think I'm probably headed for a meltdown I havnt eaten properly for days and I can not wind down so to speak.
I'm having issues with an ex of mine and it's adding to everything.
Work is changing and I feel I'm slowly loosing control

How do you all cope when everything hits at once?

- Sit down with pen and paper and write out my thoughts, concerns, frustrations, etc. [I have trouble organizing my thoughts internally, especially when I'm in high-gear; writing them down brings some order to my internal chaos].
- Take a walk; 30-45 minimum for me; I need to walk at least this far in order to experience sufficient endorphin release. Also, I tend to think better when I'm moving, especially when I'm anxious.
- Talk with someone else; reach out for help.
- Force myself to eat better and drink enough water; take a multi-vitamin.

I also do less healthy things to cope, but will omit them from this list.

Breath... Breath... Breath... (I forget to breath when I'm anxious, sometimes).

Hope you are able to find some relief.

Kind Regards.

Try reading a good novel, watching a good movie, or doing anything that will take your mind off your situation. Also, relax the world is not going end.

Walking works for me too. Honestly though, I usually pick myself up after letting myself have a really bad day. It kinda helps to 'let it all out' I guess. After my ex left me I hit a low point for a day or two, then started making plans for the future. I signed up for art classes, started going to the gym, etc. Helped me deal with it, and I was over her in a matter of days, even though we were in a relationship for years. She wasn't the love of my life though, so results may vary.

First of all, you need to eat a complete and healthy meal! Lack of certain nutrients can add to feelings of irritability and depression. It will also replenish your body so that you don't feel so exhausted. Go treat yourself to your favorite meal. Then you can revisit your situation and see if you have come up with any new solutions or coping methods.

Reaching out to people nearby you is also a good thing to do, if you have that option.
