I seem to have quite a short fuse, and if having a bad day or something changes will feel frustrated for a lot of the day. Is this an issue for anyone else still?

Yes - some days are worse than others. Some days my anger is very easy to trigger - others it doesn't even surface. I do my best to avoid activities and situations where I get angry easily.

I used to go Off my head when things changed or when expected
Things didn't happen. Even when the results were in my favour I would loose it anyway just cause that's not what I had anticipated.
I am happy no actually I am so relieved and proud to say that after lots
Of hard work this is not the case anymore at all. I just take time out and put
My reaction on hold for while stalling tactics then react later usually by adapting rather than freaking out. It took a long time and much analyzing to realize I was getting wound up over things out of my control and using up way too much energy at the same time. I would perpetually whine and whine about I consistencies and injustice all the time until someone pointed it out to me one day. They said you are the most negative person I've ever
Met. Sadly he only got the tip of the iceberg in terms of how I really felt. When I wasn't whining to people I was thinking it obsessively and often talking and yelling to myself about it when alone. Anger is a waste of time it just eats u up inside and makes people avoid u. Trust me I know.

A lot of things make me angry, even very minor things. Most of the time I manage to keep it concealed, but it takes a lot of effort and it makes me feel like the inside of my head is boiling. Sometimes I even get a fever. As I get older I get better at avoiding situations that I know will make me angry and I get better at concealing the anger, but I've never found ways of not getting angry at all.

Yes, especially when I'm feeling overstimulated. I'll get really frustrated on the verge of a meltdown and really snappy.

I get angry a lot. Anger is what usually triggers off outbursts for me. I start getting myself into a state, and I don't know how to come out of it. Sitting quietly and counting to 10 doesn't help at all, the anger is too intense for that. So instead I start yelling and screaming and swearing, and retaliating to people who scream and yell back at me. I just don't know what else to do. I'm worried because I haven't had an angry outburst since January, and usually I get them every 4 months or so, so I just hope I don't happily think ''oh, maybe I won't have one any more or maybe I'm not going to be that prone to them any more'', then suddenly a day comes where I have an outburst that is even bigger than the last one. It's as though anger and frustration builds up and wants to explode, which I don't know why because I do cry a lot and I do have ''mini outbursts'' a lot too, where I am expressing my frustration. So I don't bottle my emotions up at all. I don't even know how to bottle emotions up, I've always got to tell somebody what I'm feeling (yes, VERY strange for an Aspie but never mind).

''Mini outbursts'' are OK, they're not enough to upset the household.

Yeah, I can get irritated/angry fairly easily, especially if I'm already frustrated or annoyed about something. I also tend to overreact to situations. Fortunately, major outbursts/meltdowns are fairly uncommon for me.

I tend not to get angry, rather I get stressed

I've learned to control it more, but when I'm really stressed out, I can't stop myself from lashing out at others I'm around. It isn't intentionally done, but I really feel bad afterward.

I become irritable and generally unpleasant when I'm extra stressed out or feeling the effects of my depression. I usually sleep it off, unless family or friends actively prevent me from doing so.

My anger, on the other hand, tends to be on a long fuse. I'm easily offended, and highly sensitive to anything worded in an offensive manner, even if it isn't meant to be. However, I shut anger down before it goes anywhere most of the time. If I can't do that, I hold it in until I can clean it up later, in private - either by doing something to clear my mind, or redirecting it to get something done.

If somebody is actively attacking me for a long period of time though, I tend to explode. Like... Violently. :|
Two months of bullying sent me over the edge, and I literally had no control left. I watched myself get up and assault two bullies in the 9th grade. One of them throwing a chair at me kinda snapped me out of it (taekwondo reflexes kicked in and I caught the chair, thankfully - became the talk of the school for a few days). I felt REALLY bad about attacking somebody, whether or not it was justified.

That was years ago and I still don't like that I did it. I've learned to control myself for longer periods of time and report people for problematic behavior since then.

Most of the time no, I would say rather more frustrated or stressed. Not too good with emotions.

Very rarely have the crazy moments where I loose control, there was one like 1 year ago I think it is now. One of my pet gerbils died . I had 6 and they were gettold, this was 5 to die in over 2 months, not sure why it happened but probably frustration, anger hit brickwall so hard I broke bone in my hand and probably acting like a madman.
Definitely not a moment I hope will come again.

I believe I had now blocked that kind of emotion when another pet someday dies
. Just can't deal with emotions otherwise.

I have a really bad temper. When I was a kid, when I'd be on the verge of an angry fit, mum would send me to my room which I would then destroy. Toys would be flung in all directions, wallpaper would be stripped off the walls, and in some cases I even smashed my bedroom window. This being shy 10 year old girl... I'm sure Mum must have thought she'd given birth to a monster, hah.

Nowadays I swear a lot when in my own company. I've been tempted ,on several occasions, to smash my computer to bits when it lags up. Instead I just click furiously with my mouse (which makes the lagg worse, but me feel better hah).

I have smashed several radio's because of the songs that are played, and the people that talk and the ads. Mum only dares to play classical music nowadays.

It's not that I try to be a complete twat, there must just be a switch in my head, that when flicked, I am completely irrational and everything must be destroyed.

When I'm out it can be worse. When I hear children screaming, I mentally imagine myself choking them or hitting them with heavy objects. I wouldn't actually do that, although once I went to a health camp type place, all the girls would sleep in this long hall and I was situated beside a girl that snored all night, every night. I went over to her with my pillow and stuck it over her face. She woke up and cried and I was kicked out.
I didn't understand that what I was doing could have seriously hurt her, I just wanted her to stop f**king snoring so I could get some sleep.

But yes... My anger is the main reason I will never allow myself to have children.

I was thinking I might have bpd, but I'm pretty sure having AS would negate some of the traits (yes they can exist together, but i have genuinely thought I just have, mainly, an AS issue). Some things can make aspies 'irrationally' angry.

I once asked my dad if he was angry, and he just got angrier :P

I have this problem also. It's worse during certain situations and better during others.

I used to get "stressed" a lot
but anger is something I usually have to force upon myself
