The person below me did something that made the whole floor beneath my feet shake, and besides the sudden vibration which gave me an intense surprise I also felt the beginnings of what is normally felt if an electric current passes through the body (moderately - I don't have any experiences of severe shocks, at any rate), like all of my nerves... instead of anger, as I usually feel, I was just afraid.

Anyone has any idea what this is? I'm going to try to put my feet anywhere but the floor from now on, to lessen the impact... but my goodness, my environment is becoming ever-more hostile :( (or my mind is unable to withstand it anymore, more likely).

I have felt that before, recently the electricity effect I moved my arm in a weird way and it was like a shock went through me, I have experienced electric shock from electric fences around pastors before.

An adrenaline dump can hurt, kind of like a shock but more like an ache. Especially in your arms and legs. As a carpenter I was on staging a lot and as you're moving along not looking at your feet you sometime will be surprise when you walk over a spot where the planks overlap and make an 1 1/2" lip. For a split second you think you've just walked off the staging. We called it the 1 1/2" of death or 1 1/2" heart attack. It felt kind of like how you described.
