Lesson to Autistic

1. If somebody knock down your blocks, don't throw a tantrum, just take a deep breath, and also if they knock down your blocks, nothing really matters, and you can try again or even design in a different way that you are interested in.

2. If your favorite clothes are spilled with water, don't throw a tantrum, it is also nothing really matters, you can find new clothes that you are also obsessed with. If you don't have one, just get dress with the different clothes, and find something else that you are interested with.

3. If your parents are trying to change your routine, don't freak out, just take a deep breath or take a 5 minute yoga, then do their routine.

4. If you feel like to hand flap, try find a better room to do it. Sometimes hand flapping can lead to bullying. Try and hard to stop hand flapping, and find alternatives that make you feel excited.

5. Yoga is effective to autistic people who is felt like going to throw a tantrum. Take a 5 – 10 minute yoga. To clear up your tantrum thoughts. Especially your anxiety was acting up.

6. Spinning while listening music can lead you dizzy. But there is more alternatives that replaces spinning,

Such as:

Take a dance course
Imagine with your Eidetic memory
Draw a picture
If your teacher puts on DDR, try follow their steps, and use your Eidetic Memory
Find fun things that makes you feel good

Socialize and use your Eidetic Memory, but be careful, do not speak what your Eidetic memory is saying, because
that is the bad social skills, just talk that you are interested with.

7. Follow their safety rules, Safety is more important than other. If you felt very uncomfortable, just do 5 minute yoga, and come back.

This one is from my book I am creating from my biography.

But what if you don't want to do what they want you to do? What if you think your routine works better than theirs? What if you like to spin while you listen to music? What if you like hand-flapping? Shouldn't the bullying be blamed on the bullies?

I just don't like the idea that if something unpleasant is happening to you, then it must be your fault and you must be the person who ought to change, just because you're the one with autism.

I thought it can be the lesson for unhappy autistic people who want to get rid of their symptoms or to calm themselves down.

I do not mean to be offensive, but it seems like your advice for autistic people (although it seems more directed at autistic children) is 'be less autistic!' which really isn't all that helpful. :/

It was from my Eidetic mind. Which I thought it will work for some people.

I won't get on your case about it. If it works for you, it works for you. I just have to remind you to please, please remember that it's okay to be autistic, and that you shouldn't let anybody tell you that your autism is unacceptable.

Your recommendation re. yoga is interesting, though. I've done some yoga. It's pretty easy for me because I'm relatively flexible, though I tend to get sore muscles from some of the positions. Physical exercise and meditation are both useful tactics for handling stress.
