I have not had a set schedule in years, and I have found my life in disarray. This is my last semester in school and I'd like to create a healthy schedule that encompasses time to work out, homework, work, my special interests and relaxation time. Any suggestions?

Prioritize. Think of the things you MUST do without fail and set aside a block of time for them. Not TOO much time, though: Certain things, like studying or exercising, have diminishing returns after a while, so three hours dedicated studying might not be more effective than one hour, just like you can't spend three hours lifting weights without losing what you've gained in recovery time.
