Apologize if this is the wrong forum! Could not find a more specific subforum....

Hi All,

I'm currently looking into something for a family friend who isn't adept with technology. They're in a little bit of a time
crunch as they'll need to get in touch with a good attorney ASAP since the hearing is coming very soon. They're also
from a low income family...so if there is any additional advice for a free/low cost attorney with specific
Autism / Special Education experience that would be amazing. What information do the parents need to prepare?

I apologize as I'm not familiar with the terminology - I'm just helping them source more information from knowledgable communities...

If you call your local Bar Association of lawyers, they might be able to suggest a pro bono attorney for your friend. It doesn't always work, yet it's worth the try. If you can get past the secretary even better!
