I've been bottling emotions up all my life and finding it really hard to not let myself by put down. I usually burst out and get upset quite easy. How does an aspie like myself and others deal with emotional outbursts?

I have the same problem. I just try to keep my feelings hidden until there's some kind of explosion. What has helped me is to realize that it's unhealthy to always bottle up and try to talk about my feelings before I get overwhelmed.

It is very unhealthy and the worse part is i take it out on my friends and family. I cant help but bottle my crap up and later on have a melt down:S. I want to help others but i cant even help myself.

I have the same problem. I've found writing about the emotions in a diary/journal can help me stop them getting so overwhelming. Writing a diary is like talking to someone, I think that's why it helps.
