For adults, specifically.
I was wondering if anybody here has ever had it or knows where (in the US, ideally) it can be had? The city I live in only offers it for children, and I was turned away for being too old when I was in my mid-late teens 
Google search tells me that it's probably not even available in my state, and inquiries at the local places have yielded no results.
My diet is basically killing me, but my aversions are so extreme that I could vomit or have an anxiety attack just from smelling certain foods too much.
Any info you might have is extremely appreciated
