I've read that approx. 85% of people diagnosed with ASD also test positive for alexithymia versus less than 10% of the general population testing positive for it. I'm thinking maybe it would be good for those taking self tests for ASD to also take a alexithymia as an additional clue to whether they might be on the spectrum. I took a alexithymia test and it seemed dissimilar enough from ASD questionnaires to be used as an additional clue. Maybe add it to the Tests sticky? What do you guys think?
