As Bill Gates is purportedly potentially an Aspie, and has been known to be philanthropic with his millions, can't he do something great for Aspies?
I don't know, off the top of my head, buy some land where only Aspies are allowed to live. It could be called The "Republic of Aspergians" or something.
Ideas people, for how he could help us with his millions?

Looks like it needs to be Alex that submits an application, as unless we form ourselves into an organisation they would be unlikely to help:
Q. How do I apply for a grant from the foundation?
A. We do not make grants outside our funding priorities. In general, we directly invite proposal through published RFPs or by directly contacting organizations. We do occasionally award grants in response to letters of inquiry.
The Global Health Division and Pacific Northwest Program currently accept letters of inquiry (LOI). (Glossary of terms) Please note: The Global Development Division and U.S. Education Programs do not accept unsolicited proposals or letters of inquiry. In keeping with our charter, we do not provide funding to individuals.
Q. How do I apply for a grant through the Global Health Division?
A. First, review the foundation's grantmaking priorities and the funding approaches for the areas of focus funded through the Global Health Division. Some grants in our Global Health Division are made through letter of inquiry (LOI). Occasionally, we issue requests for proposals (RFP). If your project aligns with the program’s scope and strategy, please read our information about how to apply.
Q. How do I apply for a grant through the Global Development Division?
A. The Global Development Division does not accept unsolicited proposals or letters of inquiry. Grants in our Global Development Division are made through RFP or are by invitation only.
Q. I am interested in funding for a library project. How do I apply for a grant?
A. We do not accept grant requests or unsolicited proposals for library projects. Our team works directly with governments and other public and private funders to expand technology access in public libraries, foster innovation in libraries, train library leaders, and advocate for policy changes that benefit public libraries.
Q. How do I apply for a grant through the U.S. Program?
A. We do not accept unsolicited proposals that do not address an open RFP. The majority of grants in our United States Program are made through RFPs or invitation only. The exception is that we do accept LOI for specific initiatives within our Pacific Northwest portfolio. Find out more about current grant opportunities with the Pacific Northwest Program.
Q. I am interested in a grant from the Education initiative. How can I apply?
A. We do not accept unsolicited proposals or requests for grants within our Education initiative. Our education team works directly with districts, states, and cities across the United States in an effort to improve high schools and increase high school graduation and college-readiness rates.
Q. I would like to apply for funding through the Pacific Northwest initiative. How do I apply for a grant?
A. The Pacific Northwest’s Strengthening Communities program seeks community innovations through periodic Requests for Letters of Inquiry (RFLOI). The current RFLOI focuses on Family and Community Roles in Supporting Student Success.
Q. I have materials I want to submit along with my request for funding. How do I send them?
A. Please submit only the requested forms. We are not able to accept samples, prototypes, or other supplementary materials that accompany requests for funding, and these items will not be returned.
Q. My funding request does not fall under any of your programs. How do I submit it?
A. We do not make grants outside our funding priorities.
Q. I am an individual seeking financial assistance. Am I eligible for a grant?
A. In keeping with our charter, we do not provide funding to individuals. We only accept proposals from 501(c)(3) and other tax-exempt organizations.
Q. I am raising money for a cause. Am I eligible for a grant?
A. The foundation makes grants to organizations directly rather than through individual fundraising activities; therefore, we are unable to fund your effort.
Q. How are the foundation and Microsoft related?
A. The Microsoft Corporation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are separate organizations and are not related. They each have independent approaches to charitable giving. To learn about Microsoft’s corporate philanthropy initiatives, please visit the Microsoft Community Engagement and Investment web site.
...and they clearly don't fund Republics of Aspergians!

It already is.
By employing us, our skills, special interests, paying us money to do it & live prosperous lives because of it.
No, not me specifically. But do you not think that Bill's business has been built by Aspies the entire time? Who do you think has the brain type to get into theoretical computing, hardware, firmware, software coding, complex mathematical algorithms, inventing & engineering of any kind... ?? Scientific advancement in all arenas that's required to solve the medical, social, economic & financial problems of the world via Bill & Warren's foundation are likely all contributed to by Aspies at every level. Who else has the ability to obsessively specialize in an interest so infinitesimally small and specific so spectacularly well so as to cure disease via some new means? Or to think on such a grand scale as to connect the dots between seemingly uncorrelated factors to determine better ways to shift societal development in order to harmonize economic activity in a balanced and sustainable utilitarian way that serves for both a happy people & planet? Hint: Not NT's.
He is helping us. We are helping him. Society is taking note of the rapid pace of technological change, embracing it, and honouring the intellectuals who create such things vs. jailing or killing them for their blasphemous sins against commonly held beliefs as has happened in centuries past. We have a better place in this world than we've ever had, and in small part, we have Bill Gates to thank for it. I think he's done more than enough for us already & that we should just let this whole movement continue to evolve and gain momentum however it organically does, as it seems to be working out quite nicely for us so far.

Could loosen up hiring at his philanthropies (really, broadening hiring practices)
Regarding malaria, AIDS, tuberculosis, diarrhea (merely an embarrassment to those of us in the West, but child diarrhea is literally life and death in many poor areas of the world)
And I'm sure they have little informational health brochures, which are safe, timid, corporate.
What if we made some health videos which took some damn chances and actually tried to be genuinely helpful? And we don't make assumptions because the person happens to be poor. We actually assume the viewer of our health video is slightly smarter than we are, he or she just doesn't happen to know this specific information. And that assumption makes for an entirely different video.
Why would Mr. Gates (or anyone else) support an Aspie territory when no one else has done it yet?
Someone has to have an example that will draw support. And I say that as one of the leading supporters of the idea on this board.

Him, Linus and Steve already has made much more than anyone else to help Aspies with the so called "silicon valley stimulus package"
Granted, not every autistic works with computers or in IT, but it has done lots for us.
