I was convinced my mother was burning me in the bath. I saw little curls of steam on the surface of the water and my skin would get bright pink and I was pretty sure I saw steam coming off my skin in the tub too. I really thought she was burning me. She told me that it was only warm, stick her hand in the water, and ask why was I making such a big deal.
This was me, too. It felt scalding hot, even though I know it really was not.
The part of that video that seemed so real to me was when the buzzing light grabbed his attention--that was exactly my experience. And the tapping pen reminded me of how I felt (and still feel) about ticking clocks--I can't have one in a space where I have to work or sleep.
The video is very accurate.
