Grounds for conservatorship?
I've periodically had the woman who gave birth to me threaten me with 5150, usually when I am close to shutting down, and due to some arbitrary demand I haven't submitted to. She will exert her authority and experience from her nursing career and threaten to fabricate evidence to portray herself as the victim. So today as she was looking over my shoulder watching me perform a home maintenance task and it wasn't to her liking she made the occasion twice to tell me her brother is going to help her to have me commited and placed on conservatorship.
I don't light fires or hit people
I don't publicly self-injure
I feed the household animals and do my share to see everyone in the house is fed
I take baths at least twice a week if I can help it
I maintain the yards, pick up dog droppings and free up the jammed garbage disposal
Possibly incriminating evidence:
I have ABDL and S/LG paraphernalia in my room (reasonably well-hidden unless a warrantless search is conducted)
I have about a dozen empty 2L soda bottles I haven't crushed and put in a bag yet
I have tobacco products (even though egg donor herself smoked in my presence for 18 years)
I have a few articles of clothing and shoes strewn on the floor, and my music shed is rather cluttered
I have a late registration fee notice for a junked scooter ($146) and I still owe the library $5.
Can someone really take away my personhood due to this? I've started getting a bug-out bag together since she started talking this way.

Read this from the Wikipedia entry for Conservatorship:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservatorship
Conservatorships are generally put in place for severely mentally ill individuals who are gravely disabled, elderly individuals with Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease who lack mental capacity, or individuals with developmental disabilities who may or may not lack mental capacity. Mental capacity has to be determined by a medical physician or a psychiatrist experienced in the field and is documented and provided to the court as evidence.
The way she portrays conservatorship wouldn't stand up in court, you need documented evidence of mental capacity by a Medical Doctor or Psychiatrist. She is only a nurse and they don't have the legal authority to determine mental capacity to a judge in court.
I would consult a lawyer.
If your description is accurate, you're the victim of a manipulative and abusive person. Threats and domination are not signs of love, and someone who doesn't really love you should never be given a place of authority over you.
See if you can contact a local Asperger's Society or even a local group who do pro-bono legal work for the disabled and tell them your story.
Of course, this could lead to a whole new set of challenges, especially if you're depending on this person for a place to live. If they're being abusive, tho', finding a new place somehow would likely be the thing to do.
How old are you anyway? (I'm assuming you're a legal adult where you live.)
Also, are you diagnosed as being on the Autism spectrum?
One suggestion regarding the "ABDL and S/LG paraphernalia" and the tobacco...
Get rid of the junk. Substance abuse, even legal, is no good for anyone.
(I don't even know what "ABDL and S/LG paraphernalia" are anyway, but since you hide it, it can't be good.)
