How to relocate to California with executive dysfunction

...and social anhedonia (lack of pleasure in socializing). I've got relatives there, but they may not want me to crash there. California is the place I may need to go soon, so is there like housing or something while I look for a job and try to get some insurance?

Beneficii, as one who has moved more times than I care to count, it has always been a stressful experience for me. Regarding a move to California, while you may get lucky, California has been experiencing a net loss of American citizens for many years now. One of the reasons is the very poor jobs market. Again, you might get lucky and find your dream job right away, but I would prepare myself for the possibility that this won't be the case.

Beneficii, while I don't know your situation, if your motivation for moving to California is a job, I understand that the hottest job market in the country is now in North Dakota. It's not exactly a place I would want to live, but your chances of finding gainful employment there are much better than they would be anyplace else, especially California, which still has extremely high unemployment.

Well, Kaiser may now provide SRS to all in California, so if I'm in California, I'd be able to get that. That's why it must be California. Too bad the benefit had to come in the place that is hard to get to.
