Boxing (not people but those punch bag thingies) may help as it may be a way of relieving frustration and pent-up aggression. However, it can also make people more aggressive. It really depends on what sort of a person you are to be honest. I've known people to take a sport like that and it improve the quality of their lives, whereas I've known others to just randomly punch people because they feel hacked off. Assess you own personality before doing this and ask yourself 'is this really going to make me a better person?' If you are not sure, don't do it would be my advice. I tend to find a good work out, swim or a long run gets rid of my unwanted frustrations.

Could try something that distracts you; something funny or maybe playing a game.

I have to attack every frustration one at a time to neutralize them. I can't simply "not get mad", I don't understand how the hell people expect me to do that.

Yes, sometimes. It's not an Asperger thing, everyone feels like that from time to time.

It's OK to get angry, but you can't let yourself loose control whatever happens.

I know first hand the price of losing control as an adult and it's not pretty. Not pretty at all and Aspergers isn't much of a defence either.

You have to know where that line is beyond which it becomes dangerous for you, then do everything you can to intervene before you get that mad. You can intervene by distracting yourself, maybe by playing a video game or watching something funny or perhaps even clobbering a punchbag, but as Fiz states, that isn't for everyone. Maybe carrying something in your pocket that you can squeeze in your hand when you start getting irritated.
If you can avoid whatever it is that makes you that mad, then do it, walk away or don't put yourself in that position in the first place.

It's hard for me to do that in school when I get frustrated. I'm the kind of guy who just loses his temper.
