I was born with the ability to easily communicate with people

I think I should sue them for mocking my ASD

Anyone got a fortune cookie or something like that, which had complete BS written in it.

I once bought some organic garden fertiliser that was labelled 100% complete BS.

Exactly how did Jones Soda damage you? If you say something to someone else that they don't like, do you think that they should be able to file a lawsuit against you?

I hate the idea of a world where everyone is so afraid of being sued that they are afraid to say anything.

I'm not sure, but I think the OP was joking about actually suing anyone. It's actually kind of funny when you get a fortune that's that wrong.

Like, for me: "You will fall in love with a tall, dark stranger." I'm asexual.

Oh.

The worst part about everyone suing everyone for the slightest insult is that I unintentionally insult people far more often than I am insulted.

I'm not worried about lawsuits--I don't have anything for them to take.

Besides, the major drawback of accidentally insulting someone is, y'know, the fact that you insulted them. I don't like making people feel bad. Well, not unless they did something to deserve it and SHOULD feel bad about it.

I agree, we live in a too sensitive world these days, people think just cause they're offended/insulted they think they're entitled to something or they're right. I come off as insulting sometimes because I'm very upfront and I don't try to sugar coat it.

Funny how multiples times people have inflicted verbal abuse that has pushed me to suicidal depression but the minute I say something back they cry a river of a tears and act like I'm a demon. Like a time in elementary school a older kid that bullied me started crying like crazy because of some rumor of me saying his mom was fat

If its that big of a deal change to drinking a soda that does not print things on their caps. If they had a warning on the bottle states that a random message is waiting for you under the cap then there legally in the clear I think. Either way a decent judge would throw out the lawsuit, it would be better to claim the ink used in the message was detremental to your health, there may be a claim there to be had.

Yep, fortune cookie. Also once I was telling someone about a book I was working on over Chinese food. My fortune: You have a charming way with words and should write a book.
