Does anyone sleep in a specific position that gives you a relaxing kind of sensory input that soothes you to sleep? I do - for me, it's lying on my front with my left cheek against the pillow with my arms crossed over my chest, kind of like a downward-facing mummy. I once saw this holistic chiropractor who didn't really help that much who told me that sleeping like that would give me back problems, but I don't think he had sensory issues so he wouldn't have known how good sleeping like that feels.
Anyone else?
