Sensory Integration issues vs AS

I know for sure that I have this first problem but how can one be sure that they have AS, too? Last year I attended some physiotherapy for something unrelated and the physiotherapist of mine said that I was an evident case of it. He said if I was born 2 decades later, I could get help I needed. But I checked the SI thing and everything fits AS traits, too. I know I'm gifted, too, as a toddler I showed all the traits of giftedness; before I was 3, I could read almost the same as now, as a first grader I read books for adults with full understanding their content, I could spell exactly on the same level as now, even when I was 4- 5 (so starting from the age one can understand a lot) my way of thinking was almost identical to the one of an adult (as much as it's possible in a child that young who doesn't have the ability of abstract thinking developed well), in my early teens I behaved, spoke, thought and wrote like an adult, mature aged woman etc.

I know it's something neurological - OCD, ADD, sensory integration issues, motor skills being bad etc. clearly show it must be, but how can one be sure it's AS?

Sensory integration disorder wouldn't involve the basic theory of mind social deficits in AS. A person with sensory integration problems can have problems with social interaction, but AS would involve additional social cognition problems not found in sensory integration disorder.

For eggsample, a person with AS would not spontaneously deploy mentalizing (spontaneously think about other people are thinking and take other people's thoughts into account in one's own thoughts) at the level of neurotypicals, but a person with another disorder but without AS would.
