What would it look like? Would you have one symbol for the whole spectrum or one for aspergers and another for classic autism?
I would go with whole-spectrum and I like the idea of superimposed square and circle to represent the idea of a square peg trying to fit in a round hole as that seems to be quite a good metaphor for living autistic in a NT world much of the time. What do you think? Is that too negative?
I don't think it's too negative actually, friended sort of amusing and charming.
I also have a few more questions.
1. But this symbol if you had to make one just for autistics and one for nts and one for both would you change or make a new symbol in anyway.
What I mean is that if I was making one specifically for autistics I will put some kind of thing that only autistics would understand that kind of makes fun of nts or Just an inside joke in general if you know what I mean.
If I was making one just for nts I would try to get down to their level and tried explaining in a way they would understand if I was able to.
2. Here's another question along the same lines if you had to make a definitive picture of what autism is what would it look like or maybe just disabilities in general? What about the concept of Nerodiversey?
