So over the past 2 weeks I have educated over 100 staff members at our LTC facility on recognizing the symptoms of and supporting someone living with ASD.

Well, 2 days after finishing my final lecture.... We now have a resident with a dx of ASD (HF).

I knew we would have a resident with ASD eventually which was why I had asked to present to staff.

They were so thankful when they realized how well that worked out... Now they don't have to train staff and everyone should know the basics on how to support our resident.

I'm quite happy. For him, and for following my intuition.

I can't really think of how to comment but that's great. You seem dedicated and very caring.
