what does accommodations mean? :
I am not an expert at this but since nobody answered you I will give the bare basics.
I means recognizing your difficulties with sensory sensitivities and executive functioning.
It could mean
Hiring an advocate
Seating you in a place with less background noise and no florescent lighting.
Written and verbal instructions not just verbal with more literal language.
Breaking assignments down into many little assignments.
Extra time for tests
Small group or excusing from group activity.
Time outs to recover from overload.
A lot depends on you location, money your school or work has and hopefully your needs.
