I have always had a deep desire to connect with someone in a romantic relationships. I have had women I love run out on me and I never knew why. I always received the same response. I am not emotionally available and just "not there". Recently discovering I am on the spectrum (online test), I finally understand what has been going on throughout my life. Now Im trying to work with what I was given.
Can anyone suggest any movies/ media that I can watch to learn how to act in a relationship? Something with a lot visual communication as opposed to dialogue. Anything you may have watched that helped you learn how NTs show that they are into each other? Something that will give insight into social cues that non-AS people know intuitively. Like a lot of ASers I learn best through visual.
