Why are my body signals scrambled up?

I've always had scrambled up body signals and it's annoying. I feel hunger in the back of my throat most of the time. I feel anxiety as a sharp pain in my stomach instead of butterflies. I have gotten butterflies, but only once or twice. When I feel attracted to someone I just feel warm and happy instead of getting butterflies. I don't even know if that counts as attraction.

Are these sensations in your stomach or chest?

The reason I ask is that hunger is felt in throat and chest not the stomach

But I am not a doctor and there are so many causes for physical symptoms it is best you check with them.

When I feel anxiety I feel a sharp pain right above my belly button. It rarely affects my heart unless I'm very anxious.

Warm and happy counts as attraction

Anxiety can be felt all over the body, but usually in the stomach.
