I cannot do the clasp on the neck of this apron up. I have provided a picture as I do not know what the clasp type is called. I did ask someone earlier and they told me how to do it but I can't make sense of their instructions. When it comes to things like this I need to be SHOWN how to do it. Its quicker, easier and will get the job done with less fuss. It's no good giving verbal instructions.

How do i do this clasp type up please?

It is two metal loops and I know you are supposed to tie the neck support through them but I don't know how in order to make it stay done up. I know its still but I am getting frustrated with it.

if not can someone tell me what the damn clasp type is called please so i can find instructions on the intenet.

I think the principle is the same as this, same D ring set up, you are using friction and the fixed hinge points of the D rings:
