I feel a lot anxiety and stuff because I have no structure anymore, and with my stress I cannot handle structure. So I just go off most days zigzagging along.

This is pure torture. I prefer being able to work 40 hours a week!

Strangely, I feel better and calmer now. I ate a bunch of popsicles, which might have helped.

Ugh, my BMI is still approaching 30, even with the metformin along with the olanzapine. Just walking makes me feel tired.

I feel like this lately too, with me not working any more and just being on welfare.

In a way I don't mind, I get bored sometimes but with my fatigue being so bad I don't mind being able to just sleep as much as my body wants. (Doc just says it's my CFS)

I'm grateful I have a friend who takes me out bumming around in thrift stores some days or sometimes we buy carrots and go for a drive in the country and find some horses to feed carrots to.

I don't watch much TV but if I didn't have my Internet I'd go mad :)
