Alright, so I think I had an overload (or maybe panic attack) during a shutdown. I with a lot of people and I knew I should have gone away, but I didn't and I began to go into shutdown. We were watching tv, so no one noticed. The normal things happened, I couldn't move, talk, etc.
Then, I began thinking about what would happen after the movie, when I would have to get up and say goodnight to everyone. I was thinking "What if I can't get up?" or "What if I fall and won't be able to move again?". That's when my heart began to beat realllyyy fast and hard; I'm thinking around 170-200 bpm. I don't know if I felt panicked or not because of alexiythmia, but some parts of my body began to "feel" too much. It felt like the feeling of when your foot falls asleep except that it burned too. I began to shake and tremor and my head felt like it was going to explode.
Eventually one of the guys took me to my room and I stimmed for hours until I went into one my normal shutdowns.
PS. This has happened before.
