I wonder if anyone can tell me if there are any other disorders that are similar to the personality avoidant one? I only know of social anxiety one; and I kinda feel that doesn't quite apply to me whereas personality avoidant disorder almost does - but some of the causes don't ring a bell.
I just want to get to the bottom of why I avoid people, even girls in my college that initiate conversation (I never initiate the second conversation and generally try to avoid them - and people in general - every single day ... and I feel bad about that, extremely and excruciatingly bad about it).
And there are quite a number of things about the autism spectrum that ring true - so I don't know, but I wonder if that connects somehow.
(and yeah, as you can probably tell I haven't been diagnozed)
