Have been having a lot of shutdowns lately.
Either just go catatonic, like eyes glazed over and mouth hanging open.
Or curl up in a ball.
Am not aware of it happening. Don't see it coming.
Just come out of it with someone (dad, cousin, teacher) holding me and saying my name.
Anyone else experience anything like this?

It's got to have been building up over time. Try to rest, stim escape to special interests as much as possible.

I sometimes get into a phase when I start crying for no reason without control every now and then, I freeze while I curl up or put something on my face when this happens.
