Do others find if you have an intense sensory overload/meltdown experience you can't sleep the following night? This happens to me a lot. I was up until 3 last night, after taking 2 klonopin, a melatonin and a benadryl at 11:30.

Is it just me? Can't find anything documented on it online.

NT's have the same issues there...

Try breathing out for twice as long as you breathe in a few times...

I guess NT's do too. It's just easier and quicker for me to go into overload than it is for them, and it's over different things.
