I am back to-day , after not posting since Friday I couldn't get to the Main Library Sat.-Sun then , Sun nite , I went to the ER , partly thinking I'd clean up/get some medicine??/maybe get referred to an agency in the new week , but was found to be ultra-high blood sugar and more , was kept into to-day , could've stayed longer - And , in fact , I was given umpteen prescriptions and told I had " kidney damage " and more of my usual diagnoses as well , which former I had never been told before ~ And told to take injection insulin for my diabetes ! Furthermore , they tried to push upon me a walker , saying " I shouldn't be on my toe " ~ Now , I'm homeless ! I cannot carry a walker around with me ! .........It may be " doctor-good " , but my situation of being homeless does not allow this !
I am fully homeless now (Using cash to use my mailbox places' 'puters , sort of in-installments expensive but I must get things up .) , I'll sleep outside tonight , I have , still , just one set of clothes , what are on me , plus my heavy backpack ~ If I am to do " proper " things , I NEED HELP !
I am homeless , the " doctor-proper " things that they say to are not REALLY DO-ABLE by me - even carrying around umpteen pills , plus needles (even if we skip the insulin needles) , well...........
Oh , and when I got a taxi ride back downtown paid for by the hospital , the taxi driver was OPENLY rude + nasty to me .

...I did go to one of the agencies I know from my times in SF before , for help with the medical stuff . (Other/s are closed now .)
Frankly , I drank a RIDICULOUS amount of Diet Coke before , to energize myself into going .
Once there , Ifound out that nothing could be done now , my Medical card was missing (Long story here I won't digress now) , I wasn't registered for a " prime doctor "(not the word , can't remember now) , etc.
I NEED HELP ! !! !! !! !! !!
The Tenderloin-ish part of SF I live in is not " the nice " SF where romantic comedies and commercials are shot , usually , and I'm a bit away from everywhere else - Espec. coinsidering my foot wounds , my post-amputation poor balance , my carrying a heavy backback - And an Aspie-ishtendency to " stay in one limited place " even - And now , the only other computer source beyond this v. lkimited library , my mailbox place , has said I can't use their computers anymore , and I really need to find a new mailbox ~ I thought I'd found , at least , an address , & now it's ging ~ More up-front money to spend , too .

...I have just one set of clothes , what I am wearing .
Get a 2nd ? Well , frankly , w/my backpack already filled w/my tarp and " homeless " (yoga) mat + reading matter plus one necessity ~ Fresh underwear ~ it might be a bit heavy , and most peeps might think I carry a lot already , espec. w/my dubious walking ability & (still-) wounded feet ~ And so , my clothes have not been washed in some time .
I have aired them out , when in l'hopital , washed myself some when there ~ but not for a period of days now that might make you squirm .
Bluntly , I am 100% homeless !
Where would I go while they were being washed ?
