I want know about touch hypersensitivity

So whats is like being hypersensitivity to touch but i dont like squeeze me it hurts or hugging tight it hurts as well i dont like it i dont like touching the gross grass mold ughhh it made me uncomfortable touching it so can u tell me am i doing wrong side hypersensitivity or under sensitive to touch but im confused

If I touch a texture I am sensitive to my skin either crawls or feels like it's burning. The sensation can last a very long time even after the actual touch is over.
