I Don't Know How to Deal with Some People

Why do people think they know what they talking about? I had a meeting with my Regional Center counselor, when I was explaining something about my Aspergers, when I was talking, she cut me off thinking she knows what she was saying to me. I hate people thinking they really know what they talking about.

Socrates once said "I am the wisest man alive, for I know one thing, and that is that I know nothing."
Maybe they know their material, maybe not, but believing you know it all and spraying that all over other people is universally disliked.

People who finish my sentence are annoying; especially those who finish my sentences with their own opinions, tell me they agree with me, and then tell everyone else that I said something that I never said in the first place.
