So I essentially just recently realized that I am likely on the autism spectrum a few months ago (as are two of my family members) and after the initial surprise, I guess I just kind of realized that some of the stuff I have trouble with actually has an explanation and there are ways to help it? So I guess I don't exactly know how to word this, but does anyone have any advice/stuff that they know/do just to make everyday life a little simpler.
I know this is super vague, but as an example someone recently told me I should try getting one of those rings with moving parts to fidget with during school. I'd never even considered that this would help, even after it was recommended, but it turned out to be a great decision.
