Hello I'm new here. I'm very into languages, psychology, science and technology and Japanese culture (language. Manga. Anime...) I'm struggling with noises even he slightest ones bother me to the point of giving me anxiety and massive headache meltdowns etc Any tips for sound cancelling headphones. Any suggestions
Sounds have bothered me (at least noisy crowded places). I bought a pair of Bose Noise canceling headphones; decent sound quality and it really does block out a good amount of background noise. It can make allot of places tolerable for me.
I have a Bose set as well. I got them to block out outdoor noise, such as cars speeding past. I can hear if someone is near to me and talking, but they mask other noises well.
I can't afford noise cancelling headphones because every pair of headphones I touch breaks, but I have found earplugs to be very helpful in bringing noises down to a tolerable level. There are different types and different brands, so you might be able to find one that is comfortable to you. I like Hearos and Mack's.
I find an air filter to be quite useful for masking noises when I sleep. Not only does it help with tree pollen and ragweed, it also acts as a fan in the summer. The Bose QC 20 gets good reviews--perhaps because it can be switched between different modes of operation. Sometimes you want to allow talking for safety reasons.
