Why do most meltdowns have to be associated with ANGER?

I mainly have anger when I have a sensory over-load or meltdown, so why dose ANGER occupy the main ingredient to most of my meltdowns ?

It's a positive reaction (or the least negative one) to fight something negative. It shows strength, contrary to sadness, fear or freezing. So anger is often used to mask these other feelings. We automatically try to look stronger than we are, we mask our weaknesses for survival.

For an example, I was trying to read at my local union hall and one of the members brought his kids
Most often there are never children there, so when they started to run around, as if it was a playground I told there Dad to get them out of the hall and maybe not bring them again, causing anger over the way there crazy activity made me snap.

It caused a sensory overload to my need for quite and concentration.
Even a person not having A.S. would find there horseplay unexceptionably, so I'm not sure what feeling I would be unaware of or masking as you said
