Yesterday meltdown hitting on doors
I dont feel happy but sore
Thats self harm and hurt my foot too kick it on brick threw patrol tainer my head feels like black and fire in clouds couldnt think anything i didnt scream just really angry and crying thats not good at all all my parents is upset and i apologise to them i broke my sister door couldnt move it after i calm down
