Are you sensitive to light? I am sensitive to light, lights can be too strong for me. I don't know why it can make my stomach hurt too, yesterday, I was in the kitchen & got sick to my stomach, I wanted to throw up. I can also be sensitive to the sun.

Sensitivities to all 5 senses are common on the spectrum. I am particularly sensitive to sound and touch rather than light, but I can see where you get the stomach pain from because lights do give me that and headaches too.
Perhaps try and avoid situations that make this worse?

I am extremely sensitive to intense lights/visuals, sounds, tastes, smells, and physical touch. A lot of people don't seem to understand how bad it can get for me. Plus now I have a cold, so my hearing seems to be going crazy--super heightened one moment and cold-fuzzy the next.

No one understands how bad peoples problems can get for them, if they say they do, they still don't. They are just more accepting, but no one will ever know how another human being feels.

The light....it burns!

Irlen lenses have helped a lot.

Flash photography is like being stabbed in both eyes simultaneously with a pair of knitting needles.
