As I mentioned previously , I wasn't able to post this whole last weekend , then , I was only able to do so briefly on Monday ~ Then , Tuesday , after I had deposited money into that Green Dot ATM card I had bought , I came to this lab , which has been my main computer source ~ and found out that , due to " staff shortages " , it was , previously nonannounced , closed ~ as it often is .
So , no computing for me on that day :( . ~ And , actually , I had to go on-line to activate the Green Dot card , get it aware that money had been deposited in it ! :(
To-day , after a strained , somewhat hurried , walk , which had me feeling somewhat heart-strained - I got to a different computer place , which , though only briefly open , let me be on enough to get the Green Card up .
It was just up the street from the main computer lab , but I it wasn't quite open , IIRC , and I wanted both more food and to rest , with the " heart " feel , and I bought some tacos and Coke in a taqueria . It was good .
Then , sitting with my left pocket in the sports jacket that I wear against the entranceway , I felt someone digging through my pocket to steal from me !
Some other people in the the taqueria did try to stop him (he had some homies assising him too apparently) , chased him out , that was good , and he did not get away with anything , I guess , that was good too . I keep my important stuff in an inside-jacket pocket ~ This was the same block on which I had my shoes stolen when I was lying down with them off some days back  .
The police were called , I made a report .
I feel like " the pack is really closing in on me now " some  .
I left , wanted some more soda , went into another taqueria , had just a lime Jarrito . I did feel messes-around  , wanted to cry , couldn't do it in the open , there , or in here (the " main " computer lab - where I am typing this now) , couldn't blow off the computer time , I have so much to do :( .
My stacked-up money is within sight of running out , but there is mybe 40% of the original amount left ~ given that my " normal " Tueday money has come in .
I do , REALLY ! --- have to get better/some more clothes , the initial looking for clothes hasn't gone all that well .
I maybe have chowed down to much out of the $ - One justification for that was to let me not tie myself down to going for the feedings , but.........

That was a close call!

Indeed, eating out too much - ramen and Food 4 Less sandwiches should be your priority. Walmarts have deli goods half price after their shelf time has passed.

Everyone wants to steal, have to look at it that way if one wants to survive. I am usually rather paranoid about this and the tweakers got my knapsack last week while I was inside the store - I drove around checking all the nearby alleys for an hour or so looking for who to knock out since my license plate and insurance papers were in the bag. Karma will get them before I do, but they were rather stupid to take a conspicuously colored bag. /rant

Read the Tony Robbins literature about physiology and Charlie Brown from Peanuts. At least posture yourself as a crazy person to give predators a "DON'T f**k with me" vibe. Or else relocate to a less populous location

First let me ask you about something you mention at the bottom of your post: "Renal kidney failure"???

I have a little kidney problem myself and wonder if you see a health professional, a nephrologist, about your condition?

If you don't you should because your choice of diet is harming your kidneys...or perhaps your doctor just didn't tell you this?

My suggestion is to stop wasting your money and harming yourself eating such garbage (HIGH salt level ramen is NOT a good choice..maybe one of the worst with your kidney condition) and save your extra money and get a decent tablet or iPad to conduct business...my daughter does this with everything so I know it's possible.

Glad you drove the thief off, but in the future you might not be so lucky...maybe leave thieves a few bare razor blades to root around in?

So you're saying: If you didn't have bad luck.....?

I understand, me Amigo,...but the fact is High protein and high salt will be ending what's left of your kidneys ....nothing to ignore. Plus, protein is expensive and you don't need a whole bunch of it, or salt, to be healthy.

No place to heat a cup of soup...now THAT'S a bi_ch!

I amended that to say there is always a chance to get ready-to-eat food. But if you happen to have an EBT card: you can buy items at 7-Eleven (burrito, cheeseburger, whole pizza (but not slices), energy drink, soda, water, Hot Pockets, sandwich) as EBT food, then cook them after they are scanned. Food 4 Less and Walmart have hot deli items but the only things EBT eligible are cold rotisserie chicken, frozen foods and cold cut sandwiches. Source: I have had an EBT card since 2009.

if you live out on the streets in an unstable city and are always being mugged and robbed and everything how do you have access to a android or computer all the time to be able to tell the stories to us each time ? each time I read your posts it sounds like you live on the streets and are always robbed or beaten up or whatever, every day.

...I'm not fully homeless now .
I have an EBT card but only a little goes on it , as I get I guess fairly high SSDI already .
I have spent so many years of my life devoting much of it to scaring up computer time , at libraries and such ~ with , ironically , my super-minimal computer/tech skills :( - now that I am crippled in my walking  , sometimes with my feet hurting a lot , it takes a lot of time for me :( .
