diagnosis in Asperger

Hello,
I'm currently in Vietnam.
It seams pretty hard to get a diagnosis in this country.
Do you know of any nearby country where some clinic does perform professional diagnoses?

Hello... I'm getting quite confused.
The more I'm asking around the more I found only someone trying to sell me "therapy" while what I want is a formal diagnosis.
Do you have any information on how diagnosis works OUTSIDE of USA/Canada?

seams to mention certain precise tests and criteria, but I fear this
only applies to USA hospitals.

Any more info? any info to where to get more info?
