I don't know why but I just can't concentrate when people are talking, my mind focuses on their voices and how loud they are and it agitates me, I feel like screaming for them to shut up, it causes my entire body to feel agitated and makes me grit my teeth. I find it nearly impossible to do anything in the environment as my mind completely blanks itself out.

Does anyone know what this is or could be/ or to how to deal with it?

Being unable to concentrate with noise is normal and relatively common, I think. Perhaps a bit more common among introverts or people who are used to quiet environments.

Intensely unpleasant emotional reactions to common noises can be a symptom of misophonia. You may also have an auditory processing disorder or the sort of auditory sensitivity that comes with autism spectrum disorders.
