is it normal not too have meltdowns with autism i do stim a little i rub my head and click my fingers and my toes i have night terrors , i am very sensitive dont like people yelling at me i am me i live with autism

Yep it's normal. Especially when you're older because you get more used to things that trigger meltdowns, so they don't happen as much or at all.
