During the summer months at work, I'll wear lightweight polyester shirts with moisture-wicking properties. I've had a few different styles and brands over the years. Some are scratchy and coarse, others can be very soft (Nike/Adidas vs Hanes).
I generally wear cotton, but, like I stated above, not every cotton blend is created equally. I have some that are incredibly soft, and others that feel fine on their own, but like fine-grit sandpaper in comparison. I hate denim jeans and have switched to cotton pants.
My sheets have to be at least 300 thread count. I also have very soft, thick towels.
