Does Anyone Have a Copy of BAPQ Questions and Scoring?

Hi All,

I just noticed that the most often used link to the Broad Autism Phenotype Questionnaire (BAPQ) is broken - the file is no longer available on the website many of us used to access it from.

An example is this article by Musings of An Aspie about the BAPQ which used to link to it twice: http://musingsofanaspie.com/2013/01/15/the-broad-autism-phenotype-questionnaire/

Does anyone have an alternative source for this, or a copy they could share? It would be great to regain access to this for the community generally so if another link were available it could be offered as a replacement to the various sites currently linking to the old one.

Just to clarify, I'm not looking for the OKCupid online test version [by Ettina if I remember rightly?] because, though fun, this doesn't score answers in exactly the way the original paper intended. If necessary I could take the questions from there, and I might do that, but the part I really can't find elsewhere is the scoring matrix so the original paper/appendix would be ideal. I've looked everywhere I can think of online with no luck so far. Any suggestions much appreciated. Thanks!!
