Does anyone get sudden angry outbursts when frustrated? Like unintelligible screams.

Always and everyday without fail especially at work. At home it can be just as bad and I've been evicted a couple of times because of the noise I made from being frustrated. I'm always afraid that somebody at work will see me when I do this and will cause additional bullying which I've been the victim of a thousand times throughout my life.

This is usually due to the usual Autistic frustration that we feel as well as my ADHD and OCD acting up and sometimes at the same time. Many times I will replay the same argument that I had years ago in my heads and get frustrated about it all over again and it can be a hell on Earth. I do my best to control my anger but most the time I lose this battle. I've been fired 9 times and I've quit jobs more than 30 times to avoid being fired due to these outbursts.

Yes, frequently. This is one of several areas in which I think female Aspies may have it easier than males - I have red hair, so if I have to scream the people I work with just shrug and write it off as me being a temperamental woman and/or redhead.

I know I'm having a good day if I manage to close the office door and put the 'phone on hold first.

I get the impression that being as quiet as a church mouse the rest of the time really heightens the effect!
