My face sometimes appears to be puffy, and I worry it has to do with me being an ASD.
That's because I saw someone senior in age who appears to be ASD in a prolonged unwell condition, and I worry I will have those kind of puffy face one day. With that I worry I will come to his severe conditions

Anyone have any idea? I've been worried about it for a long time and found no answers over the net. I worry that because of my current issues in life I will end up with permanent puffy faces and permanent health conditions which will become unrecoverable :(

I doubt it's ASD related.

Do you have any allergies?

Mostly I associate puffiness with allergies.
you said it's only sometimes.
Is there any pattern that you've noticed?
For example, mostly during certain seasons, certain times of the day, after eating, after being outside etc.

Are you on any medication?

There is a pattern. My face are not always puffy. Sometimes they get a finer shape and sometimes the puffiness returns
