Sometimes I'm just talking to myself, for example if there is something on the table I would say 'oh! there is a piece of carrot' and eat it, or why is there a book there.
Just because I'm curious or going to do something.
Even in a conversation its like I can't talk about much because it seems pointless.

Hello.

I started a poll recently and it seems the large majority of us, myself included, talk to ourselves out loud.

I feel this way a lot too. Sometimes I'll say something cliché and pointless just to "participate", but I feel disgust towards myself when I do. I don't know why.

When in doubt, don't state anything. Also, remember people like the sound of their own voices much better than that of yours.
