I honestly don't know if I can go through decades more without ending up in this dilemma... I've encountered so much that is unbearable, I've withstood so much awfulness, but I think one common element is the absolute selfishness inherent in people, as if they want to do 'X' and they'd do it as if absolutely no one else exists, and as long as they get their money and their 'client' is happy... who cares about anyone, eh?

I mean, at this point I wonder why there are murders for anything other than selfishness... jet washing exists apparently, and who cares if anyone else needs to sleep eh, as long as their surfaces are shiny... oh, selfishness and vanity I guess, but who didn't wish they were beautiful six feet underground?

I honestly can't bear this world... I mean, okay, I assume this won't happen for six months... but it did once, and not pressurised water, but machinery from hell... how does anyone survive six months without going insane? Earthquakes happen once every few years maybe, naturally, but with this machinery it happens once every few seconds... how can anyone survive this world?

It keeps happening, again and again. It's either hellspawn 'A' or hellspawn 'B', and all because people are rotten selfishly. How does no one else end up murdering them, though? One would think that if one person is disturbing tens, or hundreds, that the majority would destroy the source of selfishness... but no, somehow earthquakes every few seconds is perfectly normal.

For the future I am dreading delivery by drones... there is no way those will be quiet. Truly, the engine has spawned hell on earth...

You might like to talk about the problem your having with other people's noise in the haven.

Is there a specific unbearable situation involving a person in your life that you’re thinking of? If so, what is it and what’s keeping you from getting out of that situation?

The only thing that would make me contemplate murder is if someone did something to my child.

I’ve been through some crazy stuff, but I’ve never contemplated any sort of vengeance.

Just to be sure, you haven't killed anyone yet, right?

People suck, all of them, and perhaps they deserve death, but life itself has value, however wasted it may be.

Only if someone were trying to harm my family or me. I wouldn't do it for any other reason. Just remember the kind of clamor in prisons... someone banging, screeching, howling 24/7. Get a good set of ear protectors

You can be very confident in the fact that ending up in jail will not be a place of quiet solitude. Don't ruin your life or someone else's.

You need to devise coping strategies pronto. Get some ideas from people here and maybe medical professionals too.

You're worrying about the neighbors running a pressure washer?

Just be glad they aren't stalking you.

there are too many lovely things in life that make murdering not worth it. like smelling flowers or petting cats or eating really good food. life is unbearable at times because of how many idiots are inconsiderate. but don't worry! turmoil will come their way! in the meantime, wear headphones and blast some music and make some art. that is all i can really advise.

If noise is a problem, is there any chance of moving out in the country away from a highway? There will be sounds, but they are generally natural and not much bother.

I seem to be trapped here, boxed in the same town. So much so I'm back in the area I was in six years ago when I had a breakdown because of the sheer viciousness of the busy street... not as bad now, but there are problems here and there, not to mention the internal issues with light as described in the other thread.

In defense of a family member or a helpless animal, I would. If I caught someone abusing an animal or harming a defenseless person, I would give that person a taste of what he was dishing out to the poor creature or other person.

Not to dismiss your problems at all, but from another point of view you are equally selfish.

It is selfish for someone to make noise that might bother someone, but it is also selfish to prevent people from accomplishing their goals because their method bothers you.

I definitely recommend moving to a more rural area. As a plus, these places are often less expensive than cities.

Other things you can do would be to get noise canceling headphones, and to sleep with earplugs.

A lot of things bother me, but I see it as my responsibility to take care of my problems as opposed to the other way around.

I would avoid the 'm' word entirely if I were you. You'll end up on some kind of list. :x

I would never murder anyone over a pressure washer. I would never murder anyone for any reason. You need serious help. Are you receiving it?

Last night I was up to kill some turkish guys who tried to mess around with me. I went berserk and made clear that I'm the one who has to be respected by anybody and realizing me being angry like this and that I'm not afraid to fight them all together was enough to scare them all away. Sometimes it's better to be scary towards idiots. :skull:
I decided to leave afterwards. A the door I took the hand of a doorman who was in there now. I sayd to him that I'm leaving otherwise I may be killing some turks now. His smile showed that he did like me. Don't know whether he did watch the things before ...

In what way were they messing around with you?

It really is best to avoid confrontations like this, especially if you are outnumbered. Just ignore them next time.

Talking about “killing some Turks” is not a good idea.
