- Thinking people are out to get me
- Fearing conflict and hostility
My depression (on and off) symptoms:-
- Feeling like there's a part of me that's missing or empty
- Feeling worthless and underskilled

My emetophobia (fear of vomiting) symptoms:-
- Avoidance of drinking too much alcohol
- Very careful with what I order at restaurants
- Fears of having children because of the risk of morning sickness during pregnancy and the frequent stomach bugs children pick up
- Washing hands rigidly before eating, especially after being in public places
- Avoiding cruises, hospitals or anywhere that has frequent reports of norovirus outbreaks
- Avoiding employment in hospitals, care homes and schools
- Worrying daily about catching a stomach bug, particularly around the winter months
- Avoiding people who have a stomach bug, and feeling high anxiety when around any potential carriers of a stomach bug
- Panicking at the sight of vomit or hearing someone vomit
- Suicidal thoughts when feeling very nauseas
- Keeping various antisickness pills and ginger handy
- Each time I feel the slightest twinge of nausea I'm convinced I have a stomach bug or food poisoning and I get all anxious, which worsens the nausea
