My stepdaughter takes me . I try to be flexible about it as she works , and has to fit me in as best she can . Normally we go to the big Sainsburys. However she's asked whether we can use the smaller Sainsburys in town today . That's thrown me as I've done a list for the big supermarket. I think if we're walking there(It's about 4 minutes away) and back I may have to get less stuff . This is the kind of situation that I find hard .

I can somewhat relate since there was a time I couldn't use the store I usually get my groceries from at one point as it was under renovation. I didn't know about it 'till I walked there and realized it wasn't open, which was pretty stressing. Couldn't go there for a few months, so I had to find another store. I got it to work eventually, but it caused extra stress.

I hate being taken shopping anywhere else than my QFC grocery store.

Unless that is I happen to be in a different store when someone else is shopping. Then I often grab a few things my store doesn't have or it's in sale at that store.

Grocery shopping wasn't easy . Less than halfway there( it's about a 4 minute walk) my lower back started to ache quite a lot . It was hard trying to focus on the shopping . My stepdaughter has said I need to do more walking. She's going to ask the eldest granddaughter to walk with me round the block tomorrow. The plan is to get me to walk a little each day. If that doesn't improve things it'll be back to the GP.
