Well, what specifically is the Instagram page about? Are you trying to create awareness for autism, share advice for dealing with autism, etc.? I think what details you add to it are dependent on what you're trying to convey with the page.

Do we really need another one?

Seems like you want to start a blog about your personal experiences with autism.

So, you're kind of making it about your experience with autism? I'm not exactly sure what to put onto the page then, to be honest. It's really up to you, and what you want to put on it and are comfortable doing so. Sorry that I wasn't really helpful.

Blogging is interesting. What I would do if I were you, is tone up your writing skills to the best level you're comfortable with, and write some posts. Or you could write video scripts and give them as videos but I am not comfortable with putting my name & face out there in connection with being autistic.

I would recommend, if you are interested in social media and all that, going a bit further than social media. Write for web sites about autism. There are a number of people who probably should hear what you have to say.

Now make sure what you will say, is true. Researching a bit is helpful. Personal experiencee is important but you can also tie it in with the larger community and with science--that way, what you have to say, is almost like more reference material supporting a point.

Good luck! :)
