IDk I just keep feeling really kinda unhappy and discluded from my job. Like I don't really want to be friends with everyone and get like check ups from them. But like even when I am there I still feel like really excluded I know I have less hours than all the other people...but it just feels like I am a ghost that shows up to do work, and sometimes that manager says goodbye and to have a good day, and I usually try to say the same thing back basically.
But it just makes me feel like if no one notices me and my work I do when I am there is so insignificant, like why do I even bother going in for the 5 hours a week I have there right now? It just puts me at risk for covid without really providing the sort of pay that would be worth it, that combined with just feeling like I am a nonsense emplyee they don't really need but since I got help getting the job they don't want to just fire me so they just keep me around as minimally as possible just makes me kinda want to quit the job. My plan is to stick with it unless i find a better job but problem is I just don't know how much longer I can stick with the job. I just don't know how to tell anyone that..it's just I have a brain and I could maybe use it to do something more than just put tags on clothes. I have even thought of asking the manager if I could get a more specific like job/job but also not sure I want more hours at that place. which such a request would probably require. But it's just like my brain certainly can do more than tell me if I am putting the right tags on clothes...but I guess no one wants to hire people on the basis of brains, just social skills which of course I lack severely.
But IDK the lack of using thinking on the job gets to me, like it is brainless to just tag clothes appropriately....I feel like I get tired from that just because I am wasting brain energy with such a useless task.

I think it is a good plan to develop some sort of productive idea away from work that you can enjoy. Something which has potential that you can enjoy doing, that you can benefit from.
For example, if you are good at knitting then make lots of something that can be useful. Or if you can make model railway items like trees or something else? Something different that you can do to expand your horizons and make it fun!

Well I can make models if I set my mind to it....my boyfriend likes warhammer stuff and it mostly has a lot of table top games but he is more interested in just painting them. And I have painted some minatures too, but just seems like intimidating to go anywhere to liks have people see them. Like IDk if I paint them well or not per say so far it is kinda hard to really get into painting a lot at once like he does some times. I mean I have glued together some miniatures and even finished painting some but just seems hard to stick to. But yeah I have painted some goblins I think called grots for warhammer, but I mean they are the same as just goblins so I that is what I call them. But they are kinda fun I did a few and gave them very bright green skin, lol seemed entertaining at the time to do it that way becasue on the box the green of their skin was more mellow but I wanted to go a little crazier with it so that all my goblins looked like the green witch from the wizard of oz.
But yeah lol IDK how to sell that lol, it just seemed like a fun way to paint the goblins.

Develop your own unique style with whatever you make. This is what is important that others will love.
It does not have to be figures. Why not make little wooden fences or things like that which would make a novel feature?

Shout out to a fellow girlfriend of a warhammer geek! I've got a colouring book of maps that I do when my bf is painting goblins, it's a bit more productive than zoning out in front of the tv.
But I agree with kraftiekortie, a different job would do you good.
That's a terrible feeling. I understand. I used to work and I felt excluded all the time. It's really hard to do jobs that don't keep your brain busy. It just feels like it's melting or something. I wonder if they have you do the same thing just because of the amount of time you're there. Do you think if you get more hours you could ask to help with something else?
I have had it often in some jobs.
